Well just a teeny thing with the rules. They say "do not post any pornographic material as it may lead to viruses.". We all know that's a load of BC, the real reason ought to be that there might be 13yr olds here who will tell their mum's who will email the forum hoster and get us shut down. Viruses are unrelated to porn. You get those simply by downloading ANYTHING from an unsafe place. So you should change the wording on that rule.
Infact, maybe add one that says "do not post viruses or links to infected files".

I'm not so sure about the alternation between solid black and bright blue for posts.
honestly i feel the bright blue ones with black text are a bit hard to read. maybe you should go with a darker navy blue with white text? or maybe just a dark grey.

thirded, the bright blue kinda hurts my eyes. maybe just make all the post blocks the same color

Hmm i was looking around the site for anything mugen related. im not sure if you broke ties with that whole scene (which is no problem to me btw)but if you still deal in mugen will there be a Help thread? you know for coding n such? I always appreciated feedback from you on coding so i wondered about that. Im always learning.
