It's Monday 31st of March and it's our first weekly competition!!! The theme of this weeks competition is " 100 word story". Yes that's right you have a week to come up with a 100 word masterpeice! The story can be about anything you want too and winners will be decided based on creativity and effort. For ideas on what story you could write here's some ideas: Favourite game character Favourite actor Favourite family relative Deceased goldfish  The deadline is Sunday the 6th of April - Don't forget and get creative guys!!!!! It's 193 words but whatever, I'm bad at keeping things short:
The sky is blue. The sort of weather most people call nice, but to me it’s no different from any other day. I arrive at work and begin traipsing along the well beaten path, backwards and forwards, just like yesterday, just like everyday. I contemplate how much I hate this job. Someday I’ll quit and get that house in 3-1 I’ve been looking at. I’m awoken sharply from my daydreaming by a sound; a sound so seemingly innocent, yet few of my kind hear it and live to tell the tale: an ear splitting ‘boing’. Oh God it’s him. I panic. I want to run but my feet won’t stray from this path, backwards and forwards. I want to scream but nothing comes out. Before I know it I can see him, a streak of red with an insipid smile. He jumps at me. I freeze. Time seems to stop as I eye his boot with forced indifference. I’m not ready to die. God, why me, why today? I didn’t even tell my wife I loved her this morning. I look up to the smiling clouds and pastille sky for one last time.
