Set to drop on at the end of may for the Wii U, Mario Kart 8 is the latest installment in the series. It sees the return of bikes from Wii as well as the continuation of gliders and underwater racing from 7.
Nintendo recently released a screenshot of the roster, personally I think it's the shittest roster so far in a mario kart game considering half the characters are either babies or koopalings, plus they took away some of the cool additions from recent games such as King Boo and Honey Queen, but here it is either way:

I'm a little disappointed by the character roster but overall it looks like a fun game, the visuals and soundtrack look amazing and the gameplay looks tighter than ever from the initial videos shown, I'll probably pick it up when I eventually buy a Wii U. Thoughts?
