I had to choose a novel to read for my final project in Film and Literature. I picked up Ender's Game a while ago so I thought that It would be an awesome book, considering that the cover-page had this sci-fi look to it. I loved the book, everything about it the psychology and everything. I was ready to watch the movie. To my dismay, The movie was downright horrid! They skipped everything and messed with relationships and character development. I was so upset about this. I won't spoil it for people who want to watch the actual film. A long story short, they sped up the timeline and ignored the book big time.
I don't even want to rate this movie at all, it's that horrible.
Have you guys seen the movie and read the book together with it? If so. What's your judgement on the movie's adaptation of the Ender's Game novel?
