Rather than sleeping, I decided to make a new MUGEN Lifebar based on DBZ: Budokai in the last 5 hours. I used some fonts from the Hloader's Mugen Budokai Screenpack.

The only things I have to work on is the simul, and turns lifebars

Maybe even getting better portraits.

What are we fighting for!?
